Shipping Policy

At Cashmere U, each order is prepared with care and shipped securely from our office in Jodhpur, India. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your pieces reach you safely and on time.

What is your Shipping Timeline?

Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.

All clothing products take 3 to 8 working days . 

Working Days are Monday – Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.

Please do not accept a parcel if it is tampered as we will not be responsible for it.

Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?

Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ exchanges within India. 

Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk. 

Where are my tracking details?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking details. 

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping currently. 

Is there plastic in your packaging?

No, our packaging is paper based but some plastic to cover for rain.

 

CANCELLATION TIMELINE : You can cancel your order within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been placed.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC

-India Domestic shipping

A.Standard Domestic shipping: 

• All standard orders are dispatched from Jodhpur, India.

• Delivery timeframe: 7–10 days, depending on your location.

• Carriers: Bluedart / Ekart  /Delhivery.

• If you need your order sooner for a special occasion, please contact us. We will be happy to arrange express shipping

• Replacement /exchange order will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

B. Express Domestic shipping: 

• Delivery within 3–5 business days.

• Handled by Bluedart / Ekart  /Delhivery.

• Delivery within 5-6 business days.

– International Shipping:

A.Standard International shipping: 

Delivery within 7- 9 business days using Fedex Economy service.

B.Express International shipping:

1. Priority Express Shipping (Available Worldwide):
   Delivery within 4-7 business days. Available for all countries. Non- Indian customers might face duty and customs charges upon receipt.
2. Express Shipping Provider:
   All express shipments are handled by DHL Express, ensuring reliable and swift delivery of your orders.

Customer Responsibility

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the package is received at the delivery address.

• Orders that are unclaimed or undeliverable and returned to us will incur a 1500 INR fee. This covers re-shipping costs and any duty charges associated with  returns.
